Zanussi ZWF1440W washing machine all the lights will go off

Hi, my washing machine Zanussi ZWF 1440 W, will start, pumping out the water then all the lights will go off and the led will flash 0. and nothing further happens, no error code appears.Interestingly it will only do it every now and then but it is unpredictable.It can fill correctly, heat, drain and spin when on ele mode. Is it a faulty door lock?

Hi Pierre,

There are many thing this could be start by checking everything is ok, check the brushes are good then make sure the machine has good water supply and is filling check pump for blockage. if all these are good then there is a chance that the lock maybe faulty.
