Zanussi ZKC6020W Top oven won’t heat up

Have replaced element also temperature gauge in oven which goes to a double fitting switch. The grill works but it takes the top oven over 30mins to get to 150 degrees. Do you think the front part of the switch could be the problem. If so where would I be able to purchase 1. Thanking you.

I have put a wiring diagram below to assist you in tracing the fault, did you replace both elements in the top oven or just the grill, if the thermostat is working correctly have you checked the voltage going into the thermostat, you may have a problem with a relay on the timer, I have sent you my personal details across if you need further assistance.
