Hi, I'm sorry to hear about the issue with your Zanussi heat pump tumble dryer. Firstly, your model number is incomplete as there are over 17 variations of this machine. You provided model number ZDH8333P. You will also need the identification number from the ID label, which usually has a PNC number. Regarding the error code you're seeing, E63 on Zanussi machines indicates a compressor problem. The fault could be due to a disconnected heater compressor, which might be a wiring or connector issue, a compressor failure, or possibly a relay fault, short circuit, or open circuit.
