Zanussi ZDCB37209W tumble dryer won’t start

After several minutes it shows fault lights for 'Filter' and 'Tank' but we have thoroughly cleaned the filter and emptied the tank

if the tumble dryer will not start and goes into the error code. then I think you may have a problem with either the pump not transferring the water to the tank. or you may have a problem with the heating system.
