My Zanussi Z716WT83BI washer dryer's heat drying cycle finishes very quickly (2 mins into the drying cycle the remaining time drops from 2.30hrs to 11 mins). I've looked at repair videos at your Youtube channel and concluded that the moisture sensor located on the dryer air chamber is faulty. The thermostats and the elements are fine (based on multimeter readings). However I'd still want to speak to someone at your team to ensure that my investigation is correct and to get a replacement sensor from you. I'd appreciate if someone can contact me the soonest.
