Thanks for the link to the video and explaining your problem. It was a bit tricky to get the model number from the video as it was quite small, but I managed in the end. I've uploaded the full workshop manual for you. From page 68 onwards, you'll find instructions on how to replace the drum paddle.

Removing the drum paddle is a bit complicated because there are two different types inside the machine. One has a detergent dispenser, and the other is a conventional drum paddle. The manual covers the whole process of removing them.

You'll also find exploded diagrams of the wiring and other components in the machine. There's even a test procedure for diagnostics, which should be helpful.

Currently, we're using our European supplier for all new parts, as we're updating our website, which will take about a month.
