Say we put it on C1,it will then only go halfway around on the turn knob and just sit there until we turn it off,any help would be very much appreciated,if a part is needed we would be more than willing to buy from you,of course if it doesn't cost more that the washer is worth. 😉

Good afternoon Ian
If the dishwasher is going halfway around the cycle and then stops, I suspect you have one of two faults. Either you have a fault with the heating circuit on the machine and is not getting to temperature, or you may have a problem that the dishwasher is unable to empty the water, in this case, it may only be a blockage in the pump you will need to remove the pump and inspect it for any bits of glass items which may be fouling the pump, I have put a couple of General videos below to assist you they may not be on your model of machine but I'm sure you'll get the basic understanding of what the fault may be.
