Hi Jazzyman, great question. If your White Knight tumble dryer is squeaking, it means a rotating part is making noise. First, check the bearing at the back of the machine and listen closely.

The other main culprits could be the pulley wheel next to the motor at the bottom or the motor itself. There are pads at the front where the drum rotates, and if there's a lot of fluff here, it can cause a squeak too.

However, the most common causes are usually the main bearing and the pulley wheel. These parts often squeak because their small bearings dry out due to dust build-up. If it's the pulley wheel, you'll need to replace it. If it's the back bearing, you'll need to repair it.

It's worth noting that White Knight tumble dryers were fantastic machines, but unfortunately, the company no longer produces them. This is a real shame as they offered great value for money. I hope this helps!
