Hi .I am Thet. I am using Whirlpool washing machine AWOC 7109 , 6th Sence. I had problem and error code showed F 12 but don't know how to fix it. Please help. we do not use water heater as well. Thanks and waiting from your reply..

Hi Thet the error is
F12- Heater element short circuit
- Check water heating element
- Check relay if fitted
- Check wiring to heating element and PCB connection
