Whirlpool AKP262/IX Single Oven Is Not Heating Up

I have a Whirlpool AKP262/IX Single Oven. I can see the fan at the back is working but there is no heat. The heat element ( when on grill) does heat up and the fan above at the top also comes on. When switched to oven - i can see and hear the fan on but no heat. please advice

Let me explain quickly. If your oven has a fan oven element, you should test it with a multimeter. There are videos below to help you with this. Some ovens only have a base element and a grill element, without a fan oven element. You need to check these two elements with a multimeter as well.
You should check if the ohms resistance matches the wattage of the elements or do a basic continuity check after removing the two wires on each element. Also, if the cooker is on auto timer, it might allow the grill to work but not the oven. Sometimes people forget to switch the cooker to manual.
Since there are multiple variations of this cooker, if the element is good but there is no heat and the fan is turning, you might have an issue with the selector switch if fitted. The videos below will help you, and any spare parts you need are at the top of the page.
