hi, this sounds like the main bearings on the drum I have put a video below to show you how to check them,  I have also put a video to show you how to replace bearings in a Bosch washing machine which will be similar.  the parts you need are these 
Bearing set 00619808, you can also buy the whole drum with the bearings already loaded Drum 11012372
