Siemens washing machine wm14q390gb/12 does not spin or empty
my washing machine is not emptying the water out of the machine the drum does not seem to be turning would you be able to point me in the right direction also I have a very mouldy door seal it has black spots all over it

this will either be a blockage in the machine which might be in the pump or the waste or sump hose, or you may have a faulty motor this could be the carbon brushes I have put some videos below to assist you in your repair and also a fool exploded diagram of the machine with a full list of parts underneath that if you need any further assistance feel free to contact us have a great Christmas
