Hi , sorry to hear about the problem with your Samsung washing machine. You might have jammed buttons behind the front panel, or there could be a faulty circuit board. Without seeing the machine, it's hard for me to tell exactly what's wrong.
To diagnose the machine, I usually need it in front of me. I apologise I can't help more. I don't have diagrams for this machine as it's not in the database, but I found some spare parts you can check by clicking the link above.
First, inspect the connection between the front panel and the control panel to see if anything is broken. If everything looks fine, it might be a faulty circuit board. Sorry I can't be of more help.
