Hi, sorry to hear about your problem. The UC error code on Samsung washing machines usually means there is a possible voltage drop in the supply. This can sometimes be caused by an inadequate cable going to the machine. If the machine is connected via an extension lead that can't handle the ampage during the heating cycle, it could cause this issue. You might also have a problem with the suppressor or filter in the back top right-hand corner of the machine.

Another possibility is a faulty component on the circuit board. However, without inspecting the machine, it's hard to determine the exact problem. In the UK, you should expect 240 volts at the suppressor and coming out of it to the circuit board. In Europe, this voltage drops slightly to 220 volts, and it varies in other parts of the world.

Check not only when it’s connected to power but also after a few minutes of running or just before when the error usually appears. Initially, you might get 240 volts in the UK, but poor wiring could cause this to drop significantly when the heater comes on.
