Since you've mentioned the carbon brushes are in good condition, the problem could either be with the motor itself or a broken wire from the circuit board to the motor. The circuit board might also be faulty.

First, check the motor. Depending on the type of motor, there are usually two connectors on the block that connect to the carbon brushes. Ensure each wire has continuity. Sometimes, there's a heat sink between the wire and the motor brush. If this is blown or open circuit, that could be the issue.

You can test motors on a bench, but I don't have the wiring configuration. It might be best to visit a local electrical motor rewinder to get it tested. If the motor is fine, then check for broken wires from the PCB to the motor. These are easy to check: find the source from the circuit board to where the motor attaches and check each wire for continuity. If any wire is open circuit, that's likely your problem.

If none of these solve it, then it may be a faulty printed circuit board. A new one can be expensive. You might want to use your model number to search eBay or Facebook Marketplace for a second-hand PCB. Many people scrap machines due to other faults, so you might find a usable PCB.
