You mentioned the drum is stuck. Do you mean it can't rotate at all? If the drum rotates freely but gets stuck during the rinse and spin cycle, it might be because the machine isn't emptying water in time. If the drum isn't rotating at all, there are two possible causes. The motor might not be working correctly, which could mean an issue with either the motor or the circuit board.
