Samsung WF397UTPAGR/A2 Washing Machine Shows 3e3/3e5 Error Code

Hello thanks for your time. I have a Samsung WF397UTPAGR/A2 Washing Machine and was getting the 3e3 error so I went through the steps of changing the pcb, motor stator and hall sensor. Checked all the wiring and still the same thing. Then I noticed some strange but quiet noises from the drum. I disassembled it to the spider arm. The spider appears fine to me just needs a good cleaning. I found the noise in the balance ring. The drum has a very minor wobble in it. I am just wondering if a new balance ring would correct this and get rid of the code? Also the bearing and arm that go to the stator seem fine as well.Thanks so much

Hi Martin,
It's hard for me to guide you on repairing the machine because I don't know how bad the wobble is. It would be helpful if you could film it and send me a YouTube link instead of just describing it in an email.
If the drum is wobbly, it will be very bad at high RPM. A small wobble at low RPM will turn into a big shake at high speeds, especially with clothes inside.
Regarding the E3 error code or 3E3-3E5, I can't say what the problem is since you've replaced some parts. Have you checked all the individual wires going to the motor? You need to do this, but first, fix the wobble problem. It might be cheaper if you can find a second-hand machine with an electrical fault and use its drum.
Without seeing the machine, I can't give more information.
