Samsung WF1124XAC Washing Machine 3E Motor Error

After the pre Wash, Samsung WF1124XAC washing machine will put out that error and stop. Followed your instructions, I cleaned both of the pumps, searched for brushes to change but it is a direct drive motor. All and all, after the cleaning of the pumps (one of them was full the other was pretty clean) i run a calibration on the machine and it started to work normal again. After approximately 12-15 full cycles, it started again. This time no error message BUT at the end of prewash, the bin stops spinning. If input it in the spin program, it spins but inside some heavy programs, it stops...

Sorry to hear about the trouble with your Samsung washing machine. If your machine has a direct drive motor, the issue might be with the hall sensor. However, it could also be due to the machine not emptying the water in the given time. You didn't mention if there was water in the drum when it stops, which is crucial to know.
