Samsung DV80TA020TH/EU Heat Pump Tumble Dryer Doesn’t Spin

I have a Samsung DV80TA020TH/EU Heat Pump Tumble Dryer and when you start a cycle, you can hear a slight humming sound and clicks. The timer counts down like a cycle has started but there is no movement from the drum at all. I cant find a video anywhere for this sorry, any help?

I haven't got much technical information on this model. But what I have found, I have put below for you. There are also a few videos to assist as well. Sorry Samsung are very bad at providing us the information I need to assist customers but from what you're describing it sounds like it is possible that you may have either a faulty motor or capacitor that drives the motor or you may have at the worst case scenario a faulty circuit board. I have done some videos on faulty capacitors which you will find on our YouTube channel.
