Privileg tumble dryer stops sometimes after a while

Customer Question

Hello! I have a dryer from Privileg with the Circuit board LP 712236 - exactly like the one you showed here in your video: https://www.how-to-repair.com/help/printed-circuit-board-repairs-for-tumble-dryers-aeg-electrolux-zanussi-etc/ . I checked the relays on it and one seems to be broken... no "clack" when I tested it with 9V. All others are fine. The white relays are specified with SHC SRE303012. Do you know what relay to buy to replace them? I can't find the exact same anymore.... With greetings from Germany,Matthias

I will try and help with sourcing this Relay for your Privileg tumble dryer.

This specific relay hasn't been manufactured for many years. I was able to get the data sheet for the specs, which I've included down below. This relay has the following relevant values:
Coil Voltage = 12VDC
Contact Current = 10A
Contact Voltage VAC = 250VAC
Coil Resistance = 400ohm

The only bit I'n not sure is the default position, usually designated by N.O. (normally open) and N.C. (normally closed). From what I have seen - and do realise I'm no electronics expert - when it has 4 pins it is normally open and when it has 5 pins is normally closed. You will have to check on your board to see which one you need. I provided links for both types. I'm also including the picture you sent us of your board for others to benefit from.
