If the dishwasher was leaking then you most probably have activated the safety switch which is a float in the bottom of the machine. When this is activated the machine will constantly drain, it is a protection mode to stop any of the electrics getting damaged, you need to find out what is leaking. There is a chance to see going on with the motor, the pump may be leaking or the heater unit.
