Miele WWG660WPS Washing Machine F20 Error Code

Dear Paul,After starting a program on a miele wwg660wps washing machine, it fills the water, working for a few minutes and then program is interrupted by appearing f20 error. This cause water to drain out from the drum.Heater is checked with a multimeter, continuity is found approx 17Ohm. Any heater terminal to the hull - >infinity reading. NTC is checked also by the meter with temp probe. With increasing the temperature, value dropped down.Would you share please where I can find a relay for the heater element?Do you think a pressure switch could cause this error?Pipe to the drum is checked and found OK, clean and not damaged.Kind regards

Sorry for the late reply. I'm afraid Miele isn't very good at providing technical data to the public. Usually, you can find a plastic pouch with the wiring diagram inside the lid or somewhere around the top of a Miele washing machine. I'm not sure if your machine still has it or if it's been removed.

The relay on the circuit board is typically the higher amperage one, but without seeing the board, I can't tell you exactly which relay it is. The pressure switch might also be causing the problem, but without testing it myself, it's hard to say for sure. I can only guide you in the right direction.

I usually help by providing workshop manuals and wiring diagrams, but for this model, I've come up empty because the manufacturer keeps all the data private. I'm sorry I can't be more helpful.
