I'm not aware of any pattern parts available for this dryer. There are some variations of the machine. The only place I can suggest you look, once you have identified the full part number you need, is eBay. You might find something there, but I doubt it. Miele's prices for components are notoriously high.

I also can't get any technical data on your machine to assist you. I'm trying to understand why you think the heater is causing the clothes to rip. The clothes shouldn't be near the heating unit. You should inspect the drum for any snags that might be catching the clothing, especially at the back of the machine and around the door area where the drum fits into the door panel.

I'm sorry I can't give you more assistance.
