Miele W5741 Washing Machine Waterproof Fault & F92 Fault
I have problems with Miele W5741 Washing Machine: 1) Waterproof fault2) F92 faultLove your videos they are so helpful.Continually getting the Waterproof !fault and have done everything on your videos but continually get the fault.The machine is in very good clean condition with no leaks even put paper inside the bottom of machine without any leaks found.Performed a lot of cleaning of pipes and components as you've recommended.Almost at the point of thinking of getting a new Miele machine (pressure from the wife) but you're my last chance to see if we can rectify the issue.Could it be the control board as it does some weird things like filling the machine (water spray down glass door) while in the spin cycle on occasions, it's like it has alzheimer's 😂 Appreciate your advice, cheers from Australia.

F 92 error codes normally means the machine is unable to empty in the allocated period of time this is usually due to a blockage I would suggest cleaning out the sump hose and making sure the pump is working correctly. This can be benchtested as well. Also make sure the waste pipe going from the pump to your drainage is clear and it is worth looking up inside the drum to make sure there are no obstructions on the hole that goes into the sump hose, it is possible that a pressure switch may be faulty but without having the machine in front of me, I cannot see if this is a problem.
It's nice to hear from customers in Australia who appreciate my videos. This is quite a strange fault. When you mention that water sprays down the door glass during a spin, it suggests the circulation pump is coming on when it shouldn't. This points to a possible issue with the printed circuit board.
It's worth considering finding a second-hand machine with collapsed bearings or a burnt-out motor. You might get one cheaply on eBay or another shopping site in Australia. Make sure to have your full model number, including the PNC number from the identification plate, to buy a new board.
Without seeing the machine, it's hard for me to diagnose the problem from an email description. However, since there are many odd things happening and sometimes it forgets the selected program, it does suggest a circuit board fault or possibly a short somewhere in the machine.
The circulation pump should definitely not be on during spinning. I hope this helps a bit. I'm sorry I can't be more precise without seeing the machine.
