Hi David,

Thanks for your question about your Miele washing machine. It's a great machine, definitely worth maintaining, even for big repairs like replacing the bearings.

I've added some links below to help you. I found the bearings for the machine, but it was tricky. If you click on the top link and scroll through the parts, you might find what you need. If not, contact the people on that page with your full model and serial number, and they should be able to send you a link to the correct part.

I've also included some additional videos at the bottom of the page. We have some second-hand spare parts, but not the one you need. Make sure to clean up the spider and the back half of the drum. Also, take time to clean out any built-up grime in the drum.
