Hi Frederic,

Sorry to hear about the problem with your Miele soap box drawer. The seal at the back might just need cleaning. You could use a rubber-to-plastic type glue to reseal it, or possibly a good silicone might work. This would save you from buying a new seal.

If it isn't repairable, you can use the link above, enter your model number or part number to get a new seal. I haven't made a video specifically for this unit, but there is a dismantling video that shows how the soap box comes off. This should help you replace the part easily. You might even be able to test it outside of the machine.
