Male Ariston FM 87F Keep tripping once I on the oven

I will try and help with this problem Ariston FM87F oven

Please be aware there were 2 different models for this cooker most parts are the same but do check your full model number of the id plate

ARISTON OV Oven (built in) M87FBK CC 15607 BLACK FAN SINGLE

ARISTON OV Oven (built in) FM87FWH CC 15606 WHITE FAN SINGLE

The most common fault  is of the cooker element's is tripping the electricity Supply,

you have the 

Grill element C00045430

Fan oven element C00045432

Base element C00045431

I have put a video below to show you how to test elements but I suspect one of them has gone to earth or has blown completely
