Thanks for sending your question about your LG washing machine. Seeing the video really helped me understand the issue.

Firstly, have you removed the plastic inserts after taking out the transit bolts during installation? The noise might be the drum hitting these inserts. If that's not the case, it could be a loose concrete block or another loose component.

If you've removed the plastic inserts, don't touch the machine further since it's under warranty. Contact the manufacturer and have them check it out. Make sure you did remove those inserts, though. If you call them out and they find the inserts still in place, you might be charged for the visit.
