Sorry to hear about your LG washing machine troubles. DP2 doesn't seem to be an error code I recognise. You might be seeing DE, which usually means there's a problem with the door interlock mechanism. If water has got onto the door lock, you might need to replace it. This is a common issue with LG washing machines, as their door locks can fail.

Water should never touch any electrical parts. I've included a link above for spare parts you might need. However, if water has damaged the door interlock, it could have also harmed the circuit board by causing a short circuit.
