I will try and help with this problem

Ok I'm taking it you have been into test mode and that's were you got the E32 error code. 
This error code is only generated when in test mode as a certain step resets the sensors without the drum turning and this is what creates the error code. So you need to ignore that code as you have created it.

That being said, if the unit is getting wet and not drying well, the compressor unit in this heat pump tumble dryer, may be running low on gas and not being able to achieve the required difference in temperature to condense the water in the air. You will need to have someone with specialised knowledge on these types of tumble dryer looking at it.
