John Lewis JLTDH16 The drying phase indicator flashes
We have followed your instructions on line and taken it apart, cleaned the machine and sorted parts out but the drum dos not want to move and the machine comes on and nothing happens.

I've had to look in the workshop manual and I think it might be pump-related or one of the switches this is what they had to say.
if the water collection tray is full of water, the tank switch recognises this condition and the pump starts up, the phase LEDs flash until the condensation tank switch trips to the "full" position. When the switch trips to the "empty" position, the LEDs and the pump are turned off.
