There are several variations of your washing machine that you can see in the link on this page. It seems you have a sealed drum, which means you can't replace the bearings or spider. Built-in obsolescence is very common in these machines today, and yours is a prime example. You might need to buy a whole drum assembly, which could make repairs uneconomical compared to the cost of a new machine. However, the choice is yours.
