Indesit IDC85 Tumble Dryer Noisy

My Tumble Dryer is very noisy - a constant wine or buzz. The noise seems to happen regardless of whether the drum is turning or not, but stops during the "cooldown" phase of the cycle. The tension pulley has been replaced but the noise remains. Any advice?
