Sorry to hear about your Hotpoint washing machine making too much noise when spinning. As you mentioned, it could be a problem with the drum. Unfortunately, you can't buy the bearings or spider separately. They are only sold as a complete kit.

I hate to bring you this bad news, but it's an example of why machines don't last as long as they should. Manufacturers are building in obsolescence.
