Hotpoint Washing Machine WT960P Fault code 08 and won’t spin

I will try and help with your HOTPOINT Washing Machine WT960P problem

To empty the washer, remove the drain hose from the outlet, and lay it down to floor level, this will let the water run out into a bucket or similar.
Code F08 is indicating means the heater relay cannot be activated.
Check all connections to and from the pressure switch, the module, and the heater.
The heater relay can't be activated
Hotpoint washing machine flashing 8 times or displaying error code F08 usually indicates “Heater relay can't be activated” or “heater relay stuck”. The heater relay on these machines  is on the pcb, the main control board at the back of the machine. with regards to not spinning this may be a fault with the board.
