Hotpoint Washing Machine WMYL8552GUK door is looked but will not start !
I've been having problems with my washing machine door for the while but on the last couple of occasions it is been very difficult to start the machine and when I came down to put the load-in this morning the machine would not start at all.

With washing machines with this type of door handle, there has been some issues the plastic can break inside the door on the handle on this can stop the machine from opening but with the machine not starting I suspect you may have a problem with the door interlock.
