Hotpoint Washing Machine WMl520PUK.R Red light door lock
HiMy elderly neighbour has the red light door lock stops on all the time on her washing machine and nothing will works, even if I unplug it then later plug it back in the red light stops on. I managed to get her clothes out by looking at you videos. I'm not quite sure if it's the pump or the actual door lock or main board. I was wondering if you could give me some advice for her

If the washing machine was still full of water the machine might not have emptied the water this could be a fault with the pump or a blockage in one of the hoses.
but as you say the washing machine will not start it could be a possibility that the door lock may have failed or the printed circuit board
