I will try and help with your Hotpoint Washing Machine RPD10667DD problem

There is a hose that runs from the soap drawer to the drum it may be a blockage in this, some hard washing machine powder, or sometimes people have put the capsules in the drawer when they're meant to go in the drum please check this hose as you may have a restriction. Or your water pressure is too high so you will need to reduce this at the tap
