You may have a problem with the  washing machine drum it may have a bad hole where you have a sharp edge or you may have a problem with one of the drum paddles You will need to slowly go round the drum and inspect all the holes to see if there is any damage there are some videos below to assist you on a full exploded diagram of your machine.
