Hotpoint Washing Machine NM10844WWUK Problem draining the water
Every time I finish the programs the clothes are still very wet and there is water inside. The washing machine is emptying a little of the water but not all of it. At the end of the cycle the drum still has a few inches of water in the bottom.

this might be a problem with the pump all the sump hose, on some occasions if the washing machine is fitted to a sink unit you may have a blockage in the waste-pipe which connects to the sink unit I added some videos below to assist you
