The door of my washing machine is locked I can´t open it and I'm afraid to damage it if forced it too much

You may have a problem with the door handle or the door interlock it is quite common for this type of thing to happen. The plastic can sometimes break on the handle or the door lock may have failed. You will need to take the lid off to gain access to the door lock from the back to open it see our videos on this.
