Hotpoint Washing Machine BIWMHG81484U foam in the drum when spins and not emptiedThe washing machine has foam in the drum when it spins and there is Still Water left in the machine at the end of the cycle not too sure what the problem might be but I suspect I may have a blockage.

This sounds like you may have a blockage in the filter and the water is not emptying correctly in the allocated period of time after it kicks into a spin. I would suggest you clean the pump filter make sure the motor is working correctly and it is also worth inspecting the sump hose and also the waste-pipe only machine.
