You can then use an ohms law calculator to see if the element is providing the correct wattage. If the element is fine, you might have a thermostat problem.

Check the thermostats on or around the heating element. There may also be some thermostats at the front of the machine that could be faulty. Ensure you do a continuity check on these thermostats. If they are NTC sensors, you'll need to do an ohms reading check.
