Hi Chris, sorry to hear about the issue with your LSTB6M19 dishwasher. Unfortunately, I don't have the workshop manual because Hotpoint doesn't share this information easily. When ordering spare parts, remember there are three different models with this number. You'll need the full model number from the identification plate.

You mentioned that the first and third programme lights are solid, and the machine stops after a few minutes. This might be a heating system error. You didn't say if it distributes water once filled. Common issues include improper filling, often due to a problem with the impeller jug on the side of the machine.

If the machine stops but still distributes water, there might be a heating system problem. There is a heater built into the motor heating system (part 29 in the diagram) that need testing. The machine also has an anti-flood device (part 20) that can cause similar errors if there's water in the base.

Other common problems include blockages in the spray arms or pump blockages from food debris, which can stop the machine from emptying. First, check the heating system. The heater is about 2 kilowatts and can be tested with a multimeter. Also, check if the thermostats are open circuit as they can sometimes cause issues.
