I will try and help with your Hotpoint Washing Machine HV7F140PUK problem

If your Hotpoint washing machine is not spinning then there's a good chance to either the carbon brushes within the motor are worn or you have a fault with the motor.

With regards to your leak, this can be coming from multiple locations you need to check the pump the sump hose the door seal, it’s a good idea to put a piece of newspaper underneath the machine when the floor is dry and then start a machine and this will give you an indication of where the water is coming from.
