First, let's talk about the door not opening. If there's water in the drum, you need to drain it first before trying to open the door. According to the workshop manual, there's an emergency release cord shown in picture four of the PDF. It's part number 28 and connects to the door interlock, which is part number 29. This cord will only work if the machine is empty of water, so make sure to drain it first. You'll find this cord behind the plinth at the bottom of the machine next to the pump.

Now, about the error code F08 you're seeing. This code relates to the heating system. Since yours is a washer dryer, there are two heating systems.
