Good morning​, this sounds like you may have a fault with the motor on the washing machine you need to take it off and inspect the carbon brushes as these may be worn and can be replaced but I am unsure which ones fit this model as they have fitted two different types of motor there is a replacement motor for this machine​, but if you only need the carbon brushes I will need to see a picture of the old ones.
