Hi I have a Hoover VHC681B condenser dryer that isn't tumbling, it heats up and runs through the cycle but the drum doesn't spin. Can you help?

You first need to check the belt, then see the other videos i have put below (although they are not specific to Hoover models, the principle is the same in all condenser tumble dryers) to help you find your problem with your Hoover VHC681B condenser dryer, also if belt is good see video on capacitor and motor.
