Hoover VHC 680C-80 tumble dryer all lights flashing, heater stays on and gets very hot due to fan not running

I will try and help with your Hoover VHC 680C-80 tumble dryer
as you will see in the exploded diagram I have uploaded for you, if the tumble dryer fan is not turning then the drum would not be turning either this would be a motor fault, you need to check the motor and the capacitor I have uploaded a couple of videos for you,
