I have a Hoover TC650 001 that the timer seems to have gone wrong, just makes a clicking noise from timer and a humming noise but the motor does not turn? Can this be repaired?

Hi Andrew the clicking noise you can here is from the timer rotating but if you are getting a humming noise this sounds like the capacitor on the motor try pushing the drum when on. If you look at this video I did on anther make it will help you understand what to do.
